Enhancing knowledge of Pumped Solar Thermal Systems

The Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), through the Namibia Energy Institute and EED-Advisory (EED) will be conducting a National Energy Affordability Survey i n all 14 regions of Namibia. The survey will be conducted on behalf of the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), as part of the Ministry’s collaboration with the World Bank.

Objectives

The survey aims to understand energy access and affordability across the country, in order to assess the energy access at household, community, public institution, and enterprise levels. This initiative is crucial for achieving Namibia’s goal on universal electricity access by 2040
